If you’re hard to work with, you won’t get hired
This is something editors ignore.
Client asks for samples.
Editor sends:
  • Google Drive link
  • 6 folders
  • 20 videos
  • “Check this, this, and this one”
Now the client has to:
  • open folders
  • guess what to watch
  • spend extra time
Most won’t do that.
Here’s the truth:
The easier you are to work with, the higher your chances of getting hired.
Clients are busy. They don’t want homework.
Less steps = more trust.
Best editors do this:
  • 1 clean link
  • 2–3 best samples
  • clear labels
That’s it.
Not more work.
Just less friction.
If a client feels tired before hiring you, they won’t hire you.
Skill matters.
But ease matters more.
Make it easy to say yes.
