People want this one thing
People want things to be… 1. Simple Thats it. Simplicity is one thing that if you nail it, your audience will love to buy from you. People don’t want to have to THINK about doing whats required. Ultimately they want to just press a button and get the result. Or, even better would be just THINKING about wanting something and then having it instantly. Think about how doordash became popular, or uber. Tap to buy food, cheap transportation. (There are issues with these two companies but set that aside for a moment) The thing is though, a lot of us when we create our offers, we don’t make them simple enough. And there is a difference between unintentional complexity and intentional simplicity. Imagine all the things you DONT use right now because they are not simple. - Riding horses vs driving a car - Stairs vs escalator - Protein powder vs making a meal Now, in order to apply this to your offer, you have to remember to state it clearly and obviously towards the beginning of anything you write, any script, post, or anything. Step 1. Take your offer Step 2. Make it sound simpler and easier than anything else. Obviously don’t lie and make things up, but be clear about how yours is better. Anyways, quick rant for tonight. See you all tomorrow
Some thoughts for you today
What is the ultimate way to write a skool post? So many different styles of posting. Some posts work well with very little writing. Some work with a ton of writing, a video, some images etc. At the end of the day though, what really matters is how much care YOU can put into your posting strategy. It really comes across to the reader or prospect. Basically, it is all about how much thought and detail and layers when writing for mass conversions or even just nurturing your audience. However when writing for cold outreach, it is important to add in some sales tactics on top of the care and attention you put in. People often overthink, waste time, and miss their opportunity to share timely ideas all because they want to perfect their writing first. But remember this, writing is something you improve by actually doing it. All major entrepreneurs have an online presence with social media in written form. My goal is to help you get over that beginning phase so you can start reaping the rewards of showing up and sharing great ideas online. If you are ready, go write a post for linkedin or a long tweet or x thread today. To figure out what to write about - head over to your ai of choice and ask it to give you some subject lines to start with!
