Introducing Powerbowls!
- Any grain from your pantry (let’s be honest you already used them for a meal you made months ago so this one’s free!)
I used amaranth.
- all the left over vegetables from your fridge and pantry shelf
- Whatever protein you have! Leftovers work great here too! Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Tofu… the sky’s the limit!
- Dressing! Grab one from the fridge door, or make a refreshing one like this carrot ginger dressing with rice vinegar, carrots, ginger, and EVOO!
No recipes needed, clean unprocessed ingredients, and i believe I spent about four dollars on this one here for four meals!
