Ok community! I baked two loaves Friday and kept 100g of the mother starter and placed it in the fridge(before I saw video showing I could place it on parchment paper and like it hardened). So, where do I go from here? I want to bake tomorrow. Should I feed it and leave out or place back in the fridge? This is whole wheat starter. I will be using non bleached flour to feed it. This is what it looks like now..
