Sourdough Jalapeno Cheddar Grissini
Another first for me this week, Sourdough Grissini. I had no idea what these were, so when I “googled” for a recipe, I literally searched for sourdough jalapeño cheddar thin crispy breadsticks. Thankfully, Mr. Google knew what I meant to ask for, and now I have Sourdough Jalapeño Cheddar Grissini to take to a chili cookoff I’m judging this evening. I used unfed starter since I didn’t want them to puff up too much.
