I am one of the grateful January Give Away winners!!! I received my free gifts which are Henry’s book, Sourdough For The Rest Of Us, his dehydrated sourdough starter, Vitale and a starter jar from Sour House!! I am so excited about these awesome gifts!!! My pineapple starter, Jireh will take up residency in his brand new sourdough jar today!!! Thank you so much !!! It’s really an awesome pleasure to be a part of something as great as this community is!!!
P.S. Henry do I keep Vitale on the counter, fridge or freezer while dehydrated?
