Im ready. Elerae is ready!
I'm going to make the beginner sourdough recipe today. Elerae can float, is fluffy bubbly and smells clean. I can't cook and do a photo shoot. I get distracted 🙃. Will post the finished loaf tomorrow. I'm so excited and tense. 😁😬
