Fred - Day 7 and 8 - stuck in the stillness

Just like sailors of old, Fred is stuck in the Doldrums. 4 Days of little to no signs of growth.

Smells like flour. No CO2 bubbles just still. I have not given up.

Kept 60, Add 60 flour and 60 water.

I am thinking about picking up some rye flour the next time I am in town and starting Freds brother Bill.
