Excited to Join the Bread Community

Happy to be here in Crust & Crumb Academy. I’ve recently been diving deeper into bread baking and wanted to join a community where people are passionate about improving and sharing their bakes.
I’m especially interested in learning more about sourdough and improving my technique. Still experimenting and learning every bake!
