Duck Eggs
Semi on topic. A friend I gift bread too gave me a dozen duck eggs because she’s got so many of them right now. I’ve never had a duck egg 😬 does anyone have a favorite way to use them? If I make enriched dough with eggs can I toss one in as long as I account for more egg/hydration if they’re slightly larger than a chicken egg?
