Yesterday afternoon I did 4 batches of Henry's cinnamon rolls. It was my first time doing a tangzhong; you can see it cooking in the picture of the cakes I baked. It was hectic baking it all. For the bake sale I did cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cake cups. It worked really well to put the shaped rolls in the fridge last night and let them rise and bake this morning. At 9 am I had a neighbor in my kitchen anxiously waiting for the cinnamon rolls to be done. 😂 They sold like crazy but thankfully for my husband I do have one pan left!
