Ancient baking
I came here to try and learn more old ways of doing things when it comes to baking.
I myself use Einkorn for my starter and for my baking.
I’ve been baking a long time, but recently started using the Einkorn as I was curious what Brad must’ve been like before.
Love being with like-minded communities, not looking to reinvent the wheel, but looking to come up with the best product they can
