Every time you want to indulge in a distraction exclaim the action out loud and your mind will recognise this is something you shouldn't be doing and this will help you limit distractions from your life 3. Homemade Meal Prep Only - Follow the 80% 20% rule and ensure 80%+ of the time you are eating you are following a healthy whole meal diet because everything you can quickly buy is made for your convenience, not your health. 4. Water Intake - as you are reading this fetch yourself a glass of water. Getting at least 3-4Ls of water a day has drasticallly changed my life, especially starting my day with 500ml-1L of water. The benefits of water are endless, it debloats you, clears your skin, decreases your chances of health issues, increases focus and many more. 5. Sleep - Fixing your sleeping pattern and sleep quality is arguably the most important action to take when trying to improve yourself. Improving your sleep also has endless benefits and once your routine facilitates you to be waking up earlier, you will naturally see how more productive your days become.
