Refocus: Aim Your Mind The Law of Intentionality says: You don’t grow by accident; you grow on purpose. So ask yourself: • What do I want right now? • Who do I want to become? • What small step actually moves me closer? Refocus mantra: 👉 ““My attention is my power. I aim it where I want to grow.” Reset: Let Go of What’s Holding You Back Teens often feel stuck because of: • Procrastination • Fear of failure • Pressure from others • Feeling like they “aren’t ready” To reset, identify one gap to release: • “I don’t know enough yet.” • “It’s not the right time.” • “Something else will push me.” Reset mantra: 👉 “I release what holds me back. I choose what moves me forward.” Restart: Take One Intentional Step Intentionality = purposeful action, even small. Ask: • What is one thing I can do today that future-me will thank me for? Examples: • Read 10 minutes • Clean your space for 5 minutes • Practice your sport or skill for 15 minutes • Set a weekly goal • Text someone who inspires you Restart mantra: 👉 “Small steps create big change.
