Kids collage..theme this week is Easter chicks…
I managed to find plenty of yellow dk yarn at the destash sale this weekend
So I am preparing a chick collage for next Saturday.

A lovely fun project for younger kids to do.
The photo shows six year old Heidi’s collage. Also Christmas tree decorations.
There are two ways to do do this activity.
The tree decorations were made using a flower or long chain length or cord length.
These are stuck onto a sticky address label. The other idea is made using a postcard size of card.
Then use double sided sticky tape to cover the card to make it sticky . Use chain lengths of
different types of yarn and flowers to create a collage.
My sister always uses a pattern so I asked her to just use chain and slip stitch for her Easter project
and we were both amazed at the result. The chicken is superb!
