My name is Cristal, and I call myself a wounded healer. This title comes not from weakness but from transformation. My own life has been marked by pain, challenge, and deep introspection. These experiences became my teachers, guiding me to alchemize suffering into wisdom. Through this process of turning wounds into purpose, I have dedicated my path to learning healing modalities that help others awaken to their highest selves.
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken but remembering the wholeness that already exists within. My role is to empower others to access the tools they already carry. The practices I share—yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, womb work, and attachment awareness—are all gateways to self-discovery and transformation.
The Journey Through Yoga
Yoga has been a constant companion for over twenty years. It began as a way to calm my mind and connect with my body, but it soon revealed itself as a profound spiritual practice. Yoga is a mirror: it reflects our balance, resistance, and strength, while showing us where growth is possible.
A few years ago, after decades of personal practice, I chose to become a certified yoga teacher. This step was not about teaching postures but about sharing a way of life. I have guided adults, children, and individuals with special needs, and I have witnessed yoga’s accessibility and universality. Each class is a reminder that yoga is truly for everyone.
Yoga grounds us in presence. It reconnects body and mind, teaching us to breathe through discomfort and embrace stillness. Far beyond physical movement, yoga offers a pathway into deeper awareness and integration.
The Power of Sound
Sound healing has become another essential part of my work. All existence vibrates at a frequency, and our bodies are no different. When our natural vibration is disrupted—by stress, trauma, or imbalance—we feel disconnected. Sound healing restores harmony by bringing us back into resonance.
Through crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments, sound bypasses the analytical mind and works directly with the body on a cellular level. People often describe these experiences as soothing, yet the healing is far deeper. Sound helps release stagnation, ease anxiety, and open new channels for transformation. It reminds us that we are energetic beings as much as physical ones.
Awakening Through Kundalini
Kundalini awakening is one of the most powerful spiritual processes I have encountered. Often described as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine, Kundalini represents dormant potential. When awakened, it rises through the chakras, clearing, activating, and illuminating.
My personal experiences with Kundalini have shown me that awakening is not always gentle. It can be intense, raw, and deeply challenging. Yet within this intensity lies profound growth. Kundalini teaches us that we are limitless beings of divine consciousness, capable of transcending old limitations.
The Sacred Womb
Among the most intimate aspects of my work is womb healing. The womb is not only the center of creation but also a sacred space that holds deep memory. It carries ancestral wounds, suppressed feminine energy, and experiences of trauma.
Womb healing is a process of reclamation—restoring power, reconnecting to feminine wisdom, and allowing creative energy to flow freely again. This healing ripples outward, transforming not only the individual but also the generations before and after. It is sacred, tender, and revolutionary.
Breathwork and Meditation
Breathwork and meditation form bridges between body and spirit. Breath sustains us physically, yet conscious breath brings presence, clarity, and emotional release.
Meditation allows us to step beyond external noise into inner stillness. Breathwork amplifies this by guiding stored emotions out of the body and helping regulate the nervous system. Together, they provide tools for introspection, release, and lasting calm—returning us home to ourselves again and again.
The Wisdom of Attachment
While my work is rooted in spiritual practice, I also value modern psychological insights, especially attachment theory. Our earliest relationships shape how we give and receive love, how we bond, and how we respond to conflict.
Understanding attachment patterns provides clarity about our triggers and fears. More importantly, it opens pathways to healing. Attachment theory is not about labeling but about creating compassion and choice. It allows us to rewrite old stories and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling connections.
My Offerings
What I share is not confined to one practice but is a weaving of many. Yoga, sound, breathwork, meditation, womb healing, and attachment awareness form an integrated approach. Each client and group is unique, and the blending of modalities creates a personalized path toward transformation.
Beyond healing practices, I am also an author. I co-created two publications: Awakening Starseeds and Poems from the Heart. Both works are collaborations with authors from around the world, sharing wisdom and stories that uplift and inspire. Writing, like healing, gives voice to the soul.
Why I Serve
At the center of my work is service. I know what it feels like to carry pain, to feel disconnected, and to search for meaning. I also know what it feels like to transform pain into wisdom, to return to my essence, and to rediscover the sacred in daily life.
Healing, I believe, is not a solitary journey. We heal in community, through relationships, and in spaces that honor our wholeness. My role is to walk beside others, offering guidance, tools, and presence as they step into their own transformation.
Every person has the ability to heal, awaken, and embody their highest self. Sometimes all that is needed is the right support and a safe container to begin.
The Path Forward
To be a wounded healer is to remain a student of life. Healing is not linear but cyclical, revisiting lessons at deeper levels. My own journey continues to evolve, and with each step I gain insights to share with others on their path.
This is more than work—it is my calling. It is how I honor my wounds, share my wisdom, and serve the collective. Through yoga, sound, meditation, womb healing, breathwork, and attachment awareness, my invitation is simple: come as you are.
Together, we will create a space for healing, growth, and awakening.
