I did 76k last month in loans and credit cards and a 200k pre approval for a home loan 40k car loan. This has really opened my eyes to what is possible. Still working my full time trade job. I’m starting a business this year for general contracting and home improvements. I’m looking for an accountability partner. Someone serious and has steady income not bc I want money from you but you need money to make money we need to talk money and progress to grow together. I posted the Fico scores bc they are not as important as the mix bc my scores are not perfect AND I also got allot of denials LAST MONTH TOO

I went into Chase today and spoke to a business rep thinking that they pull from Transunion. Arrogantly assuming instead of checking and was informed they pull Equifax for business and was denied bc I’m at a 660 with some late payments. Moral of the story check that before you walk in there. Idk what I was thinking 💭 this morning. The rep at the bank asked that I be reconsidered and they escalated for pending but the way the report looks I tanked it. We can’t win them all but I didn’t prepare

We learn from each other here, and this is a good community where we can pull each other to grow and reach their full potential. Let’s challenge each other, if we notice someone is not really participating like they were before, reach out be that voice of encouragement, you never know what that person may be going through, but this is a great community to be our brothers keeper.
