๐Ÿšจ Why have My Negative Credit Items Returned after Big Faith told me they were deleted ? ๐Ÿค”
Hey everyone, I need some clarity and advice on my credit repair journey. ๐Ÿ™
Back in July 7th, 2025, I started working with a done-for-you credit repair program through Big Faith Credit. When I first enrolled, my credit scores were in the 400s across the board. Since then, Iโ€™ve documented my progress and shared updates in this community. Hereโ€™s a quick overview:
โœจ July 7th, 2025: I joined the program, and they challenged 13 negative items on my credit report within just 30 days.
โœจ Results: All 13 items were marked as "deleted" in the Big Faith Client Portal I saw
But hereโ€™s where I get confused .....From the independent research I've done Iโ€™ve learned that โ€œdeletedโ€ and โ€œremovedโ€ and "blocked" might mean different things.
My concern:
  • After i was told by the Big Faith Team these items were deleted, my credit report was basically clean, and my score jumped from around 475 to what looked like โ€œnot applicableโ€ or blank.
  • However, mid-September, I noticed one of those negative items โ€” Santander โ€” reappeared on my report.
This leads me to ask:
Were these items truly deleted, or were they just blocked temporarily? ๐Ÿค”
the entire Big Faith Team could please address this ASAP
Thanks in advance for your help! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ณ
