I’ve been feeling discouraged about the business lately. I know people are getting results , buying homes and dream cars and those results bring me back to life when they are posted but something is just keeping me in a state of depression. What do you guys do when this happens in your life? Be honest , it might help me.

Not even 3 weeks since my dispute has been sent and I can see results already. Had couple of negative items on transunion what is left is some hard inquiries on there. Equifax got 35 hard inquiries and all that is gone. So my Equifax is clean that why my score shot up like that. Experian waiting on 2 negatives items to come off. Thanks @Andre Lewis for what your team is doing for us. My next update is supposed to be to be the 16th of this month. Progress has been done alone in 3 weeks. Can’t wait for final update.

Hey everyone, I need some clarity and advice on my credit repair journey. 🙏 Back in July 7th, 2025, I started working with a done-for-you credit repair program through Big Faith Credit. When I first enrolled, my credit scores were in the 400s across the board. Since then, I’ve documented my progress and shared updates in this community. Here’s a quick overview: ✨ July 7th, 2025: I joined the program, and they challenged 13 negative items on my credit report within just 30 days. ✨ Results: All 13 items were marked as "deleted" in the Big Faith Client Portal I saw (screenshots available visit this link https://www.skool.com/creditskool/all-of-my-negative-items-total-of-13-deleted-in-round-1-aug-2025-update?p=2dfed636). But here’s where I get confused .....From the independent research I've done I’ve learned that “deleted” and “removed” and "blocked" might mean different things. My concern: - After i was told by the Big Faith Team these items were deleted, my credit report was basically clean, and my score jumped from around 475 to what looked like “not applicable” or blank. - - However, mid-September, I noticed one of those negative items — Santander — reappeared on my report. This leads me to ask: Were these items truly deleted, or were they just blocked temporarily? 🤔 - Why haven’t I received any physical formal letters from the bureaus to my physical home address confirming permanent deletion of the 13 items. - - Why has Santander reappeared when i was told by the team that it was deleted and my credit repair was done and i no longer have access to the client portal https://www.skool.com/creditskool/just-following-up-my-portal-access-is-still-turned-off?p=bda035ac, and what does that mean? @Andre Lewis @Junie Dispute Specialist the entire Big Faith Team could please address this ASAP
