🚨 Why have My Negative Credit Items Returned after Big Faith told me they were deleted ? 🤔
Hey everyone, I need some clarity and advice on my credit repair journey. 🙏
Back in July 7th, 2025, I started working with a done-for-you credit repair program through Big Faith Credit. When I first enrolled, my credit scores were in the 400s across the board. Since then, I’ve documented my progress and shared updates in this community. Here’s a quick overview:
✨ July 7th, 2025: I joined the program, and they challenged 13 negative items on my credit report within just 30 days.
✨ Results: All 13 items were marked as "deleted" in the Big Faith Client Portal I saw
But here’s where I get confused .....From the independent research I've done I’ve learned that “deleted” and “removed” and "blocked" might mean different things.
My concern:
  • After i was told by the Big Faith Team these items were deleted, my credit report was basically clean, and my score jumped from around 475 to what looked like “not applicable” or blank.
  • However, mid-September, I noticed one of those negative items — Santander — reappeared on my report.
This leads me to ask:
Were these items truly deleted, or were they just blocked temporarily? 🤔
the entire Big Faith Team could please address this ASAP
Thanks in advance for your help! 🙏💳
