Day 5 & 6 are live — this is where it separates
Up to this point, a lot of people start strong. This is where most fall off. Not because it’s hard—but because it’s no longer new. Day 5 is about one thing:keeping your word to yourself Day 6 is the real test:showing up even when you don’t feel like it If you’ve made it this far, don’t lose momentum now. This is the part that actually changes you. When you finish: Comment “Still in” below. Let’s see who’s actually going to finish this.

Quick check-in—where are you at right now?
Be honest. Are you actually doing the reset… or just watching it? No judgment—but there is a difference. --- If you’re in this: Comment: - What day you’re on - One thing you’ve completed today If you fell off: Don’t restart. Just pick it back up today. --- Most people overcomplicate this. You don’t need more information. You need more follow-through. Let’s see who’s still showing up.

Day 4 is live — this is where people either lock in… or fall off
The first few days got you moving. Day 4 is where you stop guessing and start building something you can actually stick to. No more “I’ll figure it out later.” No more random effort. Today is about creating a simple structure you follow every day. If you’ve made it this far, you’re already ahead of most people. Now don’t lose it. When you finish Day 4, comment “Locked in” below. If you’re behind, catch up today. No excuses. Just action.

Day 3 is live - this where it starts to click
The first 2 days were about getting started. Day 3 is different. This is where you stop relying on motivation… and start making your environment work for you. If your space is messy, your mind is messy. If your environment has no structure, neither do you. So today is simple: Fix one area. Make it better than it was yesterday. --- If you’re still in this: Comment “Day 3” when you’re done. If you haven’t started yet: Stop waiting. Day 1 is still there. --- Most people won’t make it past today. Let’s see who does.
