Get my credit cleaned

I joined in January but somehow my messages have been read or replied to by Johainna.

so I updated everything now such a waste been paying for somehthing for this long.

I have collection accounts on loans that have been charged off by the original creditors. then they sold my accounts to collection companies. Will this be something that can be removed? these accounts are over 5 years old but the collection companies are now trying to collect on them.
