Getting Sued
I am getting sued from a collection that was removed from my account after starting this. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you deal with it?

Question
I paid off an account with a 120 days late payment almost a month ago. Its still showing on my credit report. Will the bureaus remove it if I call them? This is nuts.

I meant not that it's removed per se but it should show as settled not as late
