Very Interesting Group....
Cotton from Louisiana here. Decades of civil construction and foundation experience. Went out on our own end of last summer. Government Shut down hurt our momentum in construction projects. Causing us to have hold flip property without finishing. Sure looking for a good way to get things back moving in a big way, NOT in Government work.
