Looking for someone with experience in large multifamily investing

Hi all! I am looking for someone who has experience with large multifamily units. I want someone with experience to step in as my mentor on one of mine, auditing the documents, underwriting, and providing contacts to ensure my success in exchange for an equity and asset management fee. I can be the driver of the deal so they could be hands off but just to find red flags and ‘course correct’ since I don’t have the experience yet
