Introduction

Hello everyone. I'm glad to be here and joining the group. My company is Chaja Properties, Inc. We are located in Southern CA. We do business and real estate lending as well as invest in multifamily assets throughout the US. We currently lend in 45 states (real estate). Our wheelhouse is designed to help/get investors into assets with very little of their own capital. This platform fits right into what we do and I'm looking forward to many alliances here.
