My why...
I used to be skinny-fat, insecure, depressed, and i honestly just hated my life... I managed to finally take action and rewire my mindset completely, and now I make videos to guide and inspire the younger version of me, for the boys who feel stuck, and help them build an aesthetic physique, a stronger mind, and join a brotherhood of brothers leveling up together.
