📅 COR Monday — May 26 🎥 Replay available in the community
You missed something real tonight.
And I don't say that to make you feel bad. I say it because what happened on this call is exactly why COR exists — and no recap is going to give you what being in the room gives you.
Before I break it down, I want to be direct about something:
Reading the notes is not the same as being on the call.
When you're on the call, you're not just learning — you're being challenged, you're being seen, and sometimes you're the one that sparks a breakthrough for someone else without even knowing it. That's what happened tonight. A member said something simple to another member, and it unlocked something that coaching alone couldn't have gotten to.
That only happens when you show up.
Here's what went down.
We ran a life audit tonight. 1 to 10. Every area of your life — health, relationships, career, business, productivity. No judgment. Just honesty.
And the room got honest.
Both members rated their real estate businesses around a 3. But here's what was interesting — one of them gave his effort a 7. So the effort is there. The direction isn't. And that's a completely different problem to solve.
The other member was transparent about something most people won't admit out loud:
"I haven't totally made up my mind to go make money right now."
That takes guts to say. And that kind of honesty is what moves the needle — because you can't fix what you won't name.
The moment that made the call.
One member reminded another of something his mother used to tell him growing up. Words he'd heard his whole life. Words he built his life on — raised a daughter alone on those words. And somehow, somewhere along the way, he forgot them.
Hearing them again, from a peer on this call, hit different.
"I forgot that version of me."
And the other member replied: "Yeah. I had to remember that version of myself too."
That's it. That's the whole thing. That's what we're building here.
No strategy. No script. Just two people in community with each other, holding up a mirror.
The commitments that came out of it:
One member is pivoting his outreach strategy — moving away from what isn't working and pulling a probate list to start fresh. New direction, same work ethic.
The other is committing to dialing every lead at least once this week. No lead left untouched by Friday.
Simple. Specific. Accountable.
Next COR Monday is coming.
And I'm going to open that call by asking both of them directly — did you do what you said you were going to do?
That's what accountability looks like. Not a check-in. Not a vibe check. A real answer to a real commitment.
If you want to be part of that — show up.
Not for me. For you.
Because the version of you that's capable of more is already there. It just needs the right room to come out.
See you Monday at 7PM CT.
