Very satisfied with my progress!

I'm really proud of the video I released today! I used a lapel mic for the first time, enabling me to sit further back in the shot. I attempted to compose the shot a bit: just a simple, clean space with no distractions. I tried a different approach to speaking: using notes rather than only free-flow talking (which was a bit too noodle-y for me). This more focused approach really helped me communicate better.

I've gained new appreciation for just how excellent a writer I am, and that if I use my notes while recording, I become a better speaker. This is such a helpful, and also empowering realization.

Also, I'm really proud of how my story-telling is coming along. Still a bit long-winded, but definitely enthusiastic and honest :)
