Something that helped me stop feeling invisible on YouTube
I used to spend hours making videos I really cared about… but after posting, it felt like no one saw them. No comments, no real engagement — just silence.
Recently, I tried one small change that actually made a difference:
I started creating each video for one specific person, not “everyone.”
Instead of asking “Will people like this?”
I started asking “Who really needs this right now?”
It changed how I titled my videos, how I spoke, even how I edited.
And slowly, people started commenting things like “Wow, this is exactly what I needed.”
Just wanted to share that — sometimes we don’t need a big strategy, just a small shift in how we see our audience.
Anyone else tried something similar that made your content connect better?
