If anybody is using Davinci Resolve for video editing
My tops tips after using it for 7 months
Create shorts
Use power bins
Start creating templates of everything
- Sound effects
- Text
- Project template( so you don't need to remake the same project every time)
- Color grading
Watch as many tutorials as possible. I'll tell you It has a steep learning curve but only in the first month. Eventually you'll start to dabble in the pages and with time you'll love it.
The fact that you have different pages for each thing as you work simplifies everything.
