Interest?
I’m considering opening a small (paid) group mentorship for people who want to build a coaching business using YouTube — not just grow a channel, but actually turn it into clients and income. This would be for you if: - you’re already posting (or serious about starting) - you want to attract clients, not just views - you feel like your content isn’t translating into business What I’m seeing is a lot of people are doing “the right things” on YouTube…but they’re still invisible when it comes to getting clients. And that’s a positioning + authority problem — not a content problem. I’m thinking about creating something more hands-on where I can help a small group fix this directly. @Jaye Brunner You can also mention it in a pinned comment. My video was talking about monetization methods without subscribers and so I mentioned BuyMeACoffee, but I don't think I'd mention it in every video..... ...but, yes, it definitely works! Good luck with it!! 🙂

If you have an accent when speaking English....
I've seen several people comment about being concerned about their accent when speaking English since it's their second or third language. They're concerned about how they sound and if they'll be understood. While that's not a problem for me, I do understand. First, it's awesome that you speak more than one language!! I grew up with my family speaking Dutch, but I never really learned to speak it myself....which I do feel bad about. Second, I would like you to check out a creator that I recently discovered and who I am very impressed by....even though her content doesn't apply to me at all. Her name is Anna and she has cerebral palsy. If she can do this, you can, too. Check out her channel: CP Life - YouTube

First Tier of Monetization Reached!
My channel was just approved for the first level of monetization! Yay!! Now, I've got to see what I can do with that since I'm not exactly sure what's going to work for me. Even so, it's a cool milestone to reach and it opens up some additional opportunities to generate some income.

@Mimi Negron There are two levels to YT monetization. The first is 500 subscribers and 3000 watch time hours. The second is 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours. The first doesn't receive AdSense payments, while the second does. The first lets you start getting some income. Look it up under Earn on your YT Studio.

Awesome! I had a similar experience with my first short. Overnight it had around 2800 views! I was stunned....and naturally not a single one after that has performed as well. LOL!
