How to make your first dollar on YouTube?

Today is day 14 for me on YouTube. 24 followers

16.9 watch time. Is it too soon for me to start working on ways to earn money? Should I be throwing all my energy at subs first? My channel goal is to help people with their mental health and dyslexia through gaming ( more on the lines of a trading card game called magic the gathering) and how it has helped me.
