PROJECT 02: We automated Analog Horror Emergency Broadcasts (Reference: @RedSignalArchives)
The mission of Creator OS is simple: stop making videos manually, and start building the software engines that make them for you. GTA VI OS was Project 01. Later today, we’re dropping our second complete production engine: Project 02 (Incident Files OS). --- ### The Format We’re Automating If you haven’t seen it yet, check out this channel: 👉 Format Reference: https://www.youtube.com/@RedSignalArchives (Note: We’re not affiliated with or copying this channel we're reverse-engineering and automating the format so you can create your own original stories and lore.) --- ### How Project 02 Works Instead of spending 3 days manually generating the scenes, formatting scripts, generating voiceovers, and aligning timelines by hand, we turned the entire pipeline into a clean command-line engine: 1. Premise & Script: You give it the title (or let the AI propose 3 original cases). 2. Visuals & Art: Generates the visual assets automatically. 3. Narration & Audio: Produces eerie narration + procedural emergency broadcast audio and sirens. 4. Assembly: Renders a ready-to-publish 1080p MP4 and exports an editable timeline. You’ll be able to download the project folder, open it in Claude Code, Cursor, or Antigravity, and type: "Make my first incident file." The full system drops in the Classroom later today for free. --- In the meantime, feel free to drop a comment or DM me with: • Your channel or niche • Where you’re currently stuck • What viral format you want me to automate next I'm personally reading every message and helping everyone out!

Stop being a YouTuber. Start building like an entrepreneur
Welcome to Creator OS. Here's what this community is about. Most YouTubers are stuck in the same loop: think of an idea, spend days editing, upload, hope it works, repeat. Their channel depends on them. When they stop, everything stops. That's not a business. That's a job with an algorithm for a boss. Entrepreneurs think differently. They don't ask "what video should I make today?" They ask "what system makes the video, so I can focus on what grows the business?" That's the shift we make here: A YouTuber makes videos. An entrepreneur builds the system that makes them. A YouTuber depends on one channel. An entrepreneur runs repeatable formats across niches. A YouTuber trades hours for views. An entrepreneur builds assets that keep working. A YouTuber hopes a video goes viral. An entrepreneur picks niches with proof, measures, and improves. The mission of Creator OS: stop working like a YouTuber. Start building like an entrepreneur. Systems first. Then scale. Your first system is ready Every project here is a complete AI production system. You choose the idea, the system handles the production, and you review the result. Your first one is Incident Files OS: a full engine for original, long-form fictional horror stories videos. Story, maps, dispatch logs, narration, sound design, a finished 1080p video. Start here Open Classroom → Free projects → Incident Files OS. Download and unzip it. Open the folder in Claude Code, Antigravity or Cursor. Type: "Make my first incident file." Your AI agent sets it up with you and runs the system. Don't upload the included demo. Make your own original case, and add the fiction and AI-content disclosures before you publish. Free vs Paid Free gives you the system. Paid gives you the direction: what to make every month, weekly coaching, your videos reviewed live, and help when you're stuck. Building alone is possible. Building with people who are doing the same thing is faster. Download the system. Run it. Build like an entrepreneur.
Got my first render working
Downloaded the Incident Files project last night. Took me about 30 mins to set up everything. The ElevenLabs key part confused me at first, but the doctor check told me exactly what was missing. Typed "make my first incident file" and it pitched me 3 ideas. I went with a radio tower one. The final video came out way cleaner than I expected, especially the sound design. Going to try changing the style next so it doesn't look like the demo.
