Nick had been grinding for years, making zero dollars while sharing free value and pumping out long-form videos.
"If you have a lot of value to give...you're doing [your audience] a disservice by not offering them that."
Nick put out a video asking what products/services his audience wanted. Most of the answers were about exclusivity & access to Nick.
"It needs to be brand-building and community-based in order to scale things."
He was right. Since then, he's grown BDGE to 168K YouTube subscribers, 700K social followers, and a robust business.
