The units are being written to encourage the students for a full day based on grade standards to allow the substitutes to continue the learning process while allowing for teachers to have a go to plan in case of absences. These plans might even create a plan for teachers who just need a break from the regular curriculum, while continuing bell to bell instruction for your students.
