- LA-based preferred with on-site presence required during integration
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Build trigger-based interactive systems using touch, sensors, and custom inputs
- Integrate AI-driven content into physical environments
- Configure LED walls including processors, scaling, and mapping
- Program LED strip lighting with pixel mapping and sequencing
- Deploy media playback systems such as BrightSign
- Manage dynamic content switching across multiple displays
- Synchronize lighting, audio, motion, and AI systems
- Collaborate with fabricators, electricians, and producers
- Support installation and on-site debugging
🛠️ Qualifications:
- Experience with TouchDesigner or similar real-time platforms
- Working knowledge of NodeJS and/or Python
- Familiarity with React or other interactive frontend frameworks
- Experience with OpenGL or shader development
- Understanding of REST or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
- Knowledge of microcontrollers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ESP32
- Experience with DMX or Art-Net systems
- Ability to read and update system diagrams
- Comfortable with Git, command line tools, and SSH
- Ability to design for reliability in public-facing environments
- Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
