  • Strong experience with Unity or Unreal Engine (lighting, shaders, materials, rendering pipelines)
  • Ability to optimize assets including models, textures, shaders, and animations for real-time performance
  • Experience developing tools, scripts, and workflows (Python, C#, Blueprint)
  • Strong shader development skills (Shader Graph, Unreal Material Editor)
  • Experience troubleshooting performance and rendering issues
  • Ability to collaborate across art, engineering, and design teams
  • Strong understanding of real-time pipelines from DCC tools (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance)
  • Ability to support asset integration, lighting, and material setup in-engine
