šŸŽ¼ Two Masses. One finished… one reborn.
I’ve just completed Mass No. 2 in G minor — and instead of slowing down, I’ve gone straight back to Mass No. 1.
Today I orchestrated the final movement of what I’m calling my Lutheran Mass — a bright, hymn-like ā€œCum Sancto Spirituā€ in G major for SATB choir, strings, oboe and flute.
It’s confident. Joyful. Direct.
And here’s the interesting part…
This was actually the very first movement I ever orchestrated now it closes the whole work.
There’s something deeply satisfying about that — beginning and ending in the same key, in the same spirit of praise:
Cum Sancto Spiritu in gloria Dei Patris. Amen.
Two Masses. Two very different characters. But both rooted in the same desire — to write music that is singable, clear, and full of glory.
Please listen and like the channel. How does it make you feel?
