Awaken the Dawn Album Release 1st June!
Awaken the Dawn is a collection of reflective and melodic piano pieces written over the last few years.
The opening title track, Vek Morgengryet, was written in memory of my dear Norwegian composer and pianist friend, Randi Boten, who sadly passed away from cancer. The title translates as Awaken the Dawn.
Many of the pieces on the album were born in quiet moments at the piano — inspired by beauty, hope, memory and the search for something beyond the noise of everyday life.
