A good place to start-  Self-Love Prompts
Hello everyone . I wanted to share a few self love prompts to get things started. This is an expert from an email shared with all who attended the live workshop " Love Letters From Your HeArt" - They are a few gentle prompts to support your continued unfolding:
Self-Love Prompts: Coming Home to Yourself - grab your journal or any blank piece of paper; take time to do one daily..there is no rush; each is a complete activity on its own.
• Complete the sentence: Write freely without editing for 2 - 3 minutes
Loving myself means…
• Reflect gently: ( answer while taking slow conscious breaths)
Where in my life am I hardest on myself — and what would compassion say instead?
• Listen inward and write what you hear then decorate with doodles:
If my inner voice spoke only in loving kindness, what would it tell me today?
• Pause and check in with your body: Become aware of how you are breathing; follow your breath.
What does my body need from me right now as an act of love?
• When you feel ready; Place your hand on your heart; Do not over think.
Write A love letter to yourself — from your future self, one year from now.
What does she thank you for? What does she want you to know? (Make this a 'free writing' adventure; don't edit yourself)
There is no right way to do this. Simply meet yourself honestly, exactly where you are.
This practice of returning to yourself is not a one-time event. It is a relationship. One that deepens each time you say yes to your own care.❤️ Bless you🌻
