Welcome to the Creative Reset Circle 🌿
Updated July 27, 2026 🌿 If you’ve just joined, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Maybe you’ve been thinking: I need a break. Not just an afternoon off or an early night. A real break. A break from being needed. A break from making decisions. A break from keeping everything moving. A break from feeling like there’s always one more thing that needs your attention. And maybe you’ve taken breaks before; a weekend away, a vacation, a few days to yourself; only to find yourself wondering: Why do I need another break so badly? That’s part of what we’re going to explore here. What have you been adapting to? What have you been pushing through? What have you been coping with and carrying? And what might need to change? The Creative Reset Circle is a place to begin exploring those questions without turning this into one more thing you have to accomplish. One small step at a time. 🌿 Introduce yourself below. If you’d like, tell us: • Your name and where you’re from • What brought you to the Creative Reset Circle • What you would most love a break from right now A photo is welcome, but completely optional. 🧭 When you’re ready, head to the Start Here post for your next step. — Janice Webber The Creativity Unblocker Creator of The Creative Reset

🌊 Start Here for the Creative Reset Circle
Updated Aug 27, 2026 🌿 Welcome to the Creative Reset Circle. I’m glad you’re here. This is a space for capable women who know they need a break but are beginning to wonder why they need one so badly. Maybe you’ve been saying: I just need a weekend away. I need everyone to stop wanting something from me. I need some time to myself. Or maybe you’ve already taken the break, had the vacation, escaped for the weekend, and came home wondering: Why am I still so tired? That’s where the Creative Reset begins. Because sometimes the real question isn’t simply: How do I get a break? It’s: Why do I need one so badly? Why wasn’t the last break enough? What have I been adapting to, pushing through, coping with and carrying for so long that it has started to feel normal? And perhaps most importantly: What needs to change? 🌊 What we explore inside the Creative Reset Circle This isn’t about giving you more things to do. It’s a place to notice what’s been happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns you may have adapted to over time, and begin exploring what you might want to do differently. Ask questions. Share what you’re noticing. Join the conversations. Take what is useful to you. 🌿 Your first step: Head to the Classroom and begin Your First Creative Reset. One step at a time. The next step is there when you're ready. — Janice Webber The Creativity Unblocker Creator of The Creative Reset

WHO THIS IS FOR, AND WHO IT'S NOT- updated on Aug 27, 2026
Updated Aug 27, 2026 This space is designed to feel supportive, but also clear. Because not every approach works for every person, and that's okay. THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF: • You're a capable woman who keeps thinking, “I need a break.” • You're tired of everyone needing something from you and sometimes wish you could simply disappear for a few days. • You've taken the weekend away, the vacation, or the time off but somehow it wasn't enough. • You've spent a long time adapting, pushing through, coping, carrying responsibility and doing what needed to be done. • You're beginning to wonder why you're so tired, overwhelmed or unlike yourself when you've always been the person who could handle things. • You want the chance to understand what's been happening beneath the surface rather than simply forcing yourself to keep going. • You're curious about what you've adapted to over time, what may no longer be working for you, and what you might want to do differently. • You're ready to begin asking: Why do I need a break so badly? Why wasn't the last break enough? What have I been adapting to, pushing through, coping with and carrying? What needs to change? THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU IF: • You're looking for another productivity hack to help you get more done. • You want to use rest simply as a way to recharge so you can go straight back to pushing yourself just as hard. • You're looking for someone to tell you exactly how you should live your life. • You're unwilling to become curious about the patterns, responsibilities and expectations you've adapted to over time. • You want a quick fix rather than an opportunity to understand what may actually be happening. A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD For many capable women, the response to feeling overwhelmed has been: Keep going. Get through this. Take care of what needs to be done. I'll rest when things settle down. And eventually: I desperately need a break. So you take one. Maybe it helps for a little while.

Clarity - August's focus
This week I had two full days of moving. I thought I was doing okay. Then I took the dogs to be groomed, did three small loads of laundry, and today I'm exhausted again. At the same time, I have a summit presentation due. Every part of my high-achieving brain says, 'Just push through.' But here's the question I've had to ask myself: Can high achievers push their way past capacity? The answer is no. We can push past our awareness of our capacity, but we can't push past our actual capacity. The bill always comes due. Clarity begins when we stop arguing with reality and start listening to what our capacity is telling us.
