We are all artists, whether we’re actively making art or not, and tapping into that creative well is critical to resiliance and mental well-being.
Creative Fuel is your place to play again! Creativity needs a mental space that welcomes it and becomes richer when there is room for collaboration and mutual support.
I’m a flutist, composer, song writer, recording artist, visual artist, designer, and mad producer of creative adventures. I believe that improvisation skills and creative thinking is the path through lifes challenges into success, whatever that looks like for you.
You're a busy human who makes things from nothing, or used to, and are looking for a place to grow and test your art...
You might also be someone looking for a safe space to explore a new artform.
I post weekly creative prompts, host monthly live Creative Fuel workshops, create group projects to participate in, and we will explore making magic together.
Come on in, we've got cozy chairs!
