Did you notice the “leaderboard” well this is how the Levels Work (and why it’s worth engaging.) Here’s the fun part ✨ We call this our BEANSTALK GAME. Who will be the first to win the golden goose? 🪿 🌱 Why a Beanstalk? We use a the fairytale story to represent our levels because growth towards want we want, dream of and work for here isn’t a solo climb. As we grow together, we gain perspective on what it means to “be amongst the giants” and the higher we grow, the more we can see and the more we can help others up too. We can have impact. Our levels exist to celebrate that shared growth, not to race ahead. As this community grows, you grow with it and we celebrate that growth by unlocking rewards, recognition, and opportunities along the way. Levels aren’t about being “better” than anyone else.
