first study

For all members. I'm going to give a monthly challenge/prompt starting on January 1 (in perfect timing with New Year's resolutions!). I'm excited because I already know what it is! But December is toooo holiday for more projects. We will all go make a fun painting based on the prompt/challenge and then meet in the third week on a live to share and discuss. Drops and lives in the calendar!

I have added a link to more reference options for practicing the step by step drawing and alla prima portrait lessons. Find the link in the lessons. The key is repetition but it's only good if we are engaged.. so keep doing the lesson over and over while shifting the subject.
