Micro Reset 💜
Ever feel like your brain just won’t shut off… but you’re too tired to do anything “productive”? That in-between space is where most of us get stuck. Scrolling… snacking… overthinking… and still not feeling better. Here’s something simple that actually helps 👇 Coloring isn’t just for kids. It gives your mind something gentle to focus on so your body can finally settle down. No pressure. No decisions. No “doing it right.” Just color… breathe… and let your nervous system catch up. And the best part? You actually finish something. That small feeling of “I did this” matters more than we think 💛 If you want something easy to start with, I made an adult coloring book you can download for $5. Simple designs. Calm vibes. Something you can pick up anytime your mind feels full. 👉 https://www.skool.com/creative-calm-collective-6262/classroom/967828cb You don’t need more willpower. You just need a softer place to land.

Micro Reset 💜
🧠 A tiny reset for when your brain feels full.
One thing I’ve learned about overwhelm is this: Most of us aren’t failing. We’re just running on empty emotional capacity. When your nervous system has been “on” all day, your brain stops feeling clear. So here’s a 60-second reset you can try right now. 🖊️ Grab a pen and draw a simple shape on paper. Now slowly fill it with repeating lines or patterns. Nothing fancy. Just let your hand move slowly. When your hands move slowly and repetitively, your nervous system often begins to settle. Your brain gets a small signal: 💜 It’s safe to slow down. Sometimes calm doesn’t arrive all at once. It begins with small moments like this. ❓Curious question: What helps your brain soften when you’re overwhelmed?

🌿 DIY Calm Kit 🌿
Some days just feel like… too much. Too many decisions. Too much noise. Too many people needing you. So instead of trying to fix everything… let’s build something simple 🤍 Today we’re making a DIY Calm Kit → something you can reach for when your brain won’t slow down You don’t need anything fancy. Just a few small things that help you feel a little more grounded. 🌿 Step 1: Pick Your “Calm Spot” This could be: - a chair - your bed - your car (honestly… this one counts 🙃) - even just a corner of a room This is where your kit “lives” 🧺 Step 2: Add 3–5 Calm Items Here are some ideas—choose what feels good to you: 🧠 For your mind - headphones + calming sounds (my go-to lately 🎧) - a short prayer or affirmation - a “when I feel overwhelmed…” note ✏️ For your hands - pen + paper - a simple doodle page - coloring sheet 💛 For comfort - cozy blanket - soft sweatshirt - warm drink 🌿 For your senses - lotion or essential oil - candle - calming spray ⏱️ Step 3: Use It for 5 Minutes That’s it. Not an hour. Not a whole routine. Just 5 minutes to tell your body: you’re safe, you can slow down. 💜 A little reminder: You don’t need a perfect routine to feel better. You just need something small that helps you pause. ❓❓❓❓❓❓ If you made your Calm Kit… what’s ONE thing you would put in it?

You can use it: • after a long day • while dinner is cooking • before bed • or anytime your brain won’t slow down This is completely free — just a small gift from me to you. Because sometimes peace isn’t found in doing more. Sometimes it’s found in tracing one simple line at a time. I hope it brings you a few quiet minutes today.
