Hey people! I love stacking micro-habits because it makes things feel easier and achievable. It shows me that I can do hard things, and over time those things add up to be big things!
This week, my habit is to add a 3rd bottled water to my day. I love that with this system I don't have to be perfect. If I don't get them all in one day, my brain doesn't tell me I to wait until monday to start over, It tells me, you got this tomorrow!!! Ironic that I'm checking in on Mondays though right? Maybe I'll switch up those days sometimes hahha
