Think of a baby step you want to add to your life this next week. Something that will move you in the direction you’re want to go and who you want to be.
Instead of saying I want to drink 64 oz of water every day, I am going to start every morning with a bottle of water. To remember this I will stack it with another habit by putting it on the table where I work on my computer in the morning.
That’s more than I currently do and that’s achievable!
