Relearning what success means is a process. Most people equate success with responsibility, hard work, heaviness, weight, not enough time for family and friends, let alone yourself. Most people equate success with hustle and eventual burnout. If you fall into this category you’re far from alone.
Learning to find where those equations come from within your body and your memories will uncover so many blockages you never even knew existed. If you feel exhausted at the prospect of up-leveling your finances, or starting your passion business, stepping into your power - then you’re viewing it from a place of needing to protect yourself from your desires. Your body and nervous system are stomping the breaks when your mind starts to get excited about all the possibilities. Because it might feel like WAY too much to hold all at once. If you feel exhausted when you start to work on your plans, or like you continuously get distracted when you finally sit down to focus, or that you feel like you’ll never move forward with your dreams and they won’t come true for you. That constant second guessing, and gaslighting yourself into thinking it can’t happen for you. That feeling of exhaustion every time you have any time to work on your desires.
This is alllllll your nervous system and subconscious mind working to keep you in a ‘safer’ state of being. Because when success equals exhaustion and burnout why would we ever let ourselves even start on our goals?
When we uncover our hidden reasons for why we feel this way, we can see where our resistance is truly stemming from. This is where we get to flip the script for ourselves. To reset our nervous system into feeling SAFE to step forward, excited even! Because once we’re able to see clearly what is blocking our path, that it’s truly us and why, then we can shift our root understandings! So NO band-aid solutions, no pushing through fear and frustration only to burnout later, no faking-it-till-you-make-it.
Stepping into a true version of self, holding safe containers for your understanding and healing, learning what boundaries are needed to feel safe in stepping forward and what those boundaries are. What root beliefs you’ve been carrying that need to be released and rewritten.
