Society tells us that we have to ‘logic through’ life and while logic has it’s place for those of us who resonate as an empath using logic as the primary mode of working through situations in life can lead us down the wrong path. Especially if you’re also clairaudient! As someone who resonates with being an empath it is SO incredibly important to get back into your heart. Do you feel emotions strongly but sometimes not sure where they are even coming from? Maybe you push your emotions down all the time so you can detach and try to ‘think’ your way through what is happening for you? This is your call back to yourself! Those emotions are there as dashboard lights on a car! They tell you vital information about what you’re currently experiencing or what you’ve gone through. They signal you to what the right course of action is for you. Trying to logic your way through life will lead you to making decisions that are unfulfilling and potentially worse for your life path even if they seem like the more logical answer. So take some time to sit with your discomfort. Ask the important questions: Where is this emotion coming from? Is there an age, color, part of the body it’s associated with? Is there a particular situation or person it reminds you of? What did you need the last time you felt this emotion? What is it trying to tell you now in your current circumstance? Understand why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling now, before making big decisions. Gain clarity into your nervous system and your Subconscious mind. Your body is the most advanced piece of technology that you possess. It remembers frequencies, vibrations, and emotions, from people you’ve met, situations you’ve been in, and familiar circumstances that might elicit the same resonance. It tries to talk with you all of the time and we’ve been conditioned to ignore it and the signs it’s giving us. If you’re confused about a situation and need more clarity try muscle testing. Find a calm place if you can, center into your body and ground your energy in the present moment, ask your question, and muscle test with each one!

I tend to be pretty open minded and over the year’s I’ve learned to lean into astrology and work with the Angels, Archangels, Multidimensional Beings, and Deities. I have loved my journey through this process but to find the information I’ve needed I feel like I have to look at so many sources just to get a good feel for the answers I’m seeking for the day. I don’t always have time to schedule my month out for the moon phases, significant astrological alignments, or find out how they’re going to affect me and how I can use them in the ways I would like to. Relearning what success means is a process. Most people equate success with responsibility, hard work, heaviness, weight, not enough time for family and friends, let alone yourself. Most people equate success with hustle and eventual burnout. If you fall into this category you’re far from alone. Learning to find where those equations come from within your body and your memories will uncover so many blockages you never even knew existed. If you feel exhausted at the prospect of up-leveling your finances, or starting your passion business, stepping into your power - then you’re viewing it from a place of needing to protect yourself from your desires. This is alllllll your nervous system and subconscious mind working to keep you in a ‘safer’ state of being. Because when success equals exhaustion and burnout why would we ever let ourselves even start on our goals? When we uncover our hidden reasons for why we feel this way, we can see where our resistance is truly stemming from. This is where we get to flip the script for ourselves. To reset our nervous system into feeling SAFE to step forward, excited even! Because once we’re able to see clearly what is blocking our path, that it’s truly us and why, then we can shift our root understandings! So NO band-aid solutions, no pushing through fear and frustration only to burnout later, no faking-it-till-you-make-it. Stepping into a true version of self, holding safe containers for your understanding and healing, learning what boundaries are needed to feel safe in stepping forward and what those boundaries are.
